1. General Questions

Is this pre-order?

Yes we are pre-order but sometimes we have stocks. Please message us if want to inquire about our stocks.

I got the wrong/problem with the item:

We do replacements for damaged or wrong items. Please note that we don't facilitate size or color exchanges unless it's a mistake on our part. Ensure to check our size chart before making a purchase. Replacements are a priority for us, and we aim to get them to you as quickly as possible.  If you encounter any problems, feel free to message us, and we'll assist you. To start a return and replacement, please visit our Returns and Replacement page and follow the instructions. Thank you! 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive an email or text notification regarding your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@myfandomsapparel.com or reach out to us through our Facebook Page. However, once you receive a notification that your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it. Additionally, this means the invoice is final and cannot be modified.

I placed an order but never received an email.

If you don't receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. It's also possible that the email address you provided was entered incorrectly. To review your orders, log in to your My Fandoms Apparel account and select the “My Orders” option to view your order history. If you're still unable to locate your confirmation email, please reach out to our Customer Care team at info@myfandomsapparel.com for assistance.

Do you have Shopee?

We previously had one, but it has been closed, and we are currently creating a Lazada and Tiktok accounts.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

What size should I order?

We provide a size chart for each product to help you find the perfect fit. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for detailed measurements. You can also visit our Fit Check page to see how the products look when worn.

What is the material of this product?

The material for each product is listed on the product page, under the "Details" section. If you have further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Are your shirts oversized?

Our shirts are oversized.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, Online Banking, Gcash, and Maya.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely via Paymongo.

COD Available?

Not available for now.

4. Shipping Questions

How long is your Processing time?

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, depending on stock availability. If an item is in stock, it can be shipped as early as the next business day after your order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

After processing, delivery typically takes 2-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier's processes and workload. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs only ₱59 nationwide in the Philippines. For deliveries via Lalamove, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

I'm in a hurry. I want to get it delivered via Lalamove. How can I order?

We are pre-order but sometimes we have stocks. Before placing an order for Lalamove delivery, please message us first to confirm availability.  Once your order and payment are confirmed, we'll process it quickly for delivery. We will send the pin location and address for pick-up. Customers are responsible for booking the Lalamove delivery.
 

(Note: We accommodate Lalamove within Metro Manila and nearby provinces only.)

Our operation business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we respond to inquiries every day.
