1. General Questions

Is this pre-order?

Yes we are pre-order but sometimes we have stocks. Please message us if want to inquire about our stocks.

Can I still get my order on time before the concert?

      For customers in Metro Manila and nearby provinces:

  • Order processing takes 1-5 days
  • Delivery takes 1-2 days after pickup
  • Before placing an order, please count the days if there’s still enough time for it to arrive.

     For customers in Visayas and Mindanao:

  • Delivery takes 3-5 days after pickup
  • We do not recommend placing orders 7 days before the concert if you need your shirts before the event.
  • If you still wish to order, we suggest using our Hold and Pick-up process. 

The Hold and Pick-up Process means that instead of shipping your order through our standard courier, you will arrange for pickup via Lalamove or your preferred delivery service. If you're traveling to Manila for the concert or simply want to ensure you receive your shirt before the event, you can place your order now, and we’ll hold it for you.

 

Once you place your order, we will hold it for you. When you arrive or your order is ready for pickup, you can book a same-day delivery through Lalamove or any courier of your choice. We will provide the pin location and address for pickup. Please note that customers are responsible for booking and the delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer.  We accommodate Lalamove within Metro Manila and nearby provinces only.

I got the wrong/problem with the item:

We do replacements for damaged or wrong items. Please note that we don't facilitate size or color exchanges unless it's a mistake on our part. Ensure to check our size chart before making a purchase. Replacements are a priority for us, and we aim to get them to you as quickly as possible.  If you encounter any problems, feel free to message us, and we'll assist you. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive an email or text notification regarding your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@myfandomsapparel.com or reach out to us through our Facebook Page. However, once you receive a notification that your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it. Additionally, this means the invoice is final and cannot be modified.

I placed an order but never received an email.

If you don't receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. It's also possible that the email address you provided was entered incorrectly. To review your orders, log in to your My Fandoms Apparel account and select the “My Orders” option to view your order history. If you're still unable to locate your confirmation email, please reach out to our Customer Care team at info@myfandomsapparel.com for assistance.

Do you have Shopee?

We previously had one, but it has been closed, and we are currently creating a Lazada and Tiktok accounts.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

2. Product Questions

What size should I order?

We provide a size chart for each product to help you find the perfect fit. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for detailed measurements. You can also visit our Fit Check page to see how the products look when worn.

What is the material of this product?

The material for each product is listed on the product page, under the "Details" section. If you have further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Are your shirts oversized?

Our shirts are oversized.

3. Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, Online Banking, Gcash, and Maya.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely via Paymongo.

COD Available?

Not available for now.

4. Shipping Questions

When can I expect my order?

On average, expect your order to be delivered within 5–10 business days. Please note that we do not operate on weekends, so orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. If an item is in stock, it may be shipped as early as the next business day after your order is placed. You can also message us on Facebook messenger/Instagram with your order ID number to get a real time update.

When will I receive my tracking number?

We have a processing time of 1–5 business days to prepare your order. If you haven’t received a tracking number yet, it means we are still preparing your order. Once it’s shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details.

I'm in a hurry. I want to get it delivered via Lalamove. How can I order?

We are pre-order but sometimes we have stocks. Before placing an order for Lalamove delivery, please message us first to confirm availability.  Once your order and payment are confirmed, we'll process it quickly for delivery. We will send the pin location and address for pick-up. Please note that customers are responsible for booking and the delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs only ₱59 nationwide in the Philippines. For deliveries via Lalamove, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

Our operation business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we respond to inquiries every day.
