We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you're taken care of.
Here’s our policy on returns and refunds:

Damaged/Wrong Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it for you. Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges for size or color selection if the correct item was sent based on your order. We strongly advise checking our size chart before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we prioritize replacements to rectify any issues promptly. 

 

If you believe there was an error with your order, please reach out to us with photos or videos as proof.

Replacement:

If we sent the wrong size, color, or design, please follow these steps:

Replacement guide:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us immediately to report the issue.
  2. Shipping Fee: We will arrange a pick-up from your location. You will initially cover the shipping fee, but don't worry we will reimburse the cost via GCash. Please send us your gcash number.
  3. Prepare the Package:
    • Return the shirt using the same box.
    • Include a sticker note with your contact details and ours as a guide for the courier.
  4. Update the Shipping Label:
    • Scratch out the original sender and shipping addresses.
    • Update the Sender Address to the Receiver Address.
    • Update the Shipping Address to the Sender Address.

Refund Process:

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement for a wrong or damaged item, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be issued simply because an order did not meet personal expectations if it aligns with the product description or was received within the standard delivery timeframe. We encourage all customers to review product details and estimated delivery dates carefully before ordering.
